I was a hairstylist for 24 years, terrible at retail for 20 of them.
Here is how one $40 commission changed everything.
For the first 20 years of my career, every time I tried to recommend a product it felt forced, completely at odds with the relationship I had spent hours building with my client.
So when I went independent, I stopped trying, I stocked nothing, I just did the hair.
Then in 2020 I sent one affiliate link to a client, a link I do not even remember sending, I woke up to $40 in my account, just from a recommendation I would have made anyway, that one moment changed everything for me.
What I actually teach and why I am honest about it
I am a small home salon owner in Melbourne with a limited client base, my affiliate income is proportional to that reality, I do not pretend otherwise.
I am not going to show you a screenshot of $10,000 a month because that is not my story.
What I CAN show you is this:
I buy nothing, no retail stock, no retail bills, no products sitting dusty on a shelf, every time a client asks what to buy I earn something real, it is consistent because I am consistent, it costs me nothing to maintain.

The real goal is simple, drop your retail bills to zero, get paid when your clients buy online, build something small and consistent that compounds over time, that is available to every single independent hairstylist, not just the outliers, not just the big accounts, ALL of us.
My background
I spent over a decade teaching hairstyling before I discovered digital retail, when I did I knew other hairstylists had bigger client bases than me, I knew this system would work even better for them than it did for me.
So I stopped teaching styling and started teaching something I believed could genuinely change how independent hairstylists earn.
